HIYAW or 'shout out' is a voice of the militant and progressive Filipinos and sharply articulates cries, statements and calls of their mass organizations, formations, groups and communities which are bound by a common love for the motherland, specifically the struggle to achieve genuine freedom, democracy, justice, progress and lasting peace in the Philippines.
